So a few weeks back, some friends and I were discussing food, as is our wont. Someone brought up the idea that there is no food in the world that cannot go with either garlic or chocolate (ex. greens with garlic, dried fruit with chocolate, cheese w/both) We pondered this, I am embarassed to say, for a number of hours, and the closest we came to breaking this cookie was that really sour fruity candy (maybe skittles/sourpatch) could be a thumbs down. Can you think of anything that wouldn’t go with either of the two ingredients? And what other ingredients have this curious property for you (Will go with ANYTHING? For me, I think chili/yogurt or maybe nuts/dried fruit) Thoughts?
